Video

Value Added Functions:

Beyond basic functions the Pro Electric© Basic & Deluxe has SCT (Self-Canceling Turn) signals that are reset whenever the turn sign switch position changes. NCC (Non-critical circuits) will temporarily suspend during cranking to provide additional power to the starter and ignition system during start, reducing load on the battery and charging system. Courtesy lighting is available when a door jamb switch is connected. Fog lights will turn off when high beams are on (Some states require this). Many circuits are disabled when ACC is in the off position. This feature will reduce the chances of battery drain; emergency circuits will continue to work without a key – like emergency flashers, horn and brake lights. A status LED has been included to provide system and vehicle status. The small physical foot print and no-tool wire connections make this system obviously superior to legacy systems.

Basic Functions:

The Pro Electric© Basic & Deluxe has 18 input and 18 solid state output circuits. Pro Electric© does not need any fuses for the 18 outputs. Real time current monitoring replaces the need for single use, slow, thermally activated fuses.

The Pro Electric© Basic & Deluxe Module attaches to the steering column and dash controls. The system is designed to provide all the electrical needs for a basic vehicle.

FAQ

  • Is it easy to install?
    • Let’s face it, wiring sucks, no system is going to install itself. We believe we designed a system that is safer and quicker to install with value added features built in so you don’t chase wiring around little black boxes all day. If you consider our value added features, then the Pro Electric has less wiring and connections – a lot less.

FAQ

  • How big is the Pro Electric series box?
    • 9”L x 3.4”W x 1.4”H.
  • What type of switch must be used?
    • The Pro Electric inputs do not use any significant power so in most cases power ratings do not apply.
  • Can a buss bar be used?
    • Yes, more that one accessory may be connected this way.
